Piedmont Park, Atlanta, GA
Music Midtown is a music festival hosted by Live Nation in Piedmont Park each fall. We work with Live Nation to help manage a myriad of festival logistics, including stage placement, barrier and exiting placement, and asset management. Asset management encompasses the placement of food, beverage, and souvenir vendors.
Our main challenge is working with the City of Atlanta to create a plan that limits life safety concerns and provides an appropriate exiting plan in case of a rare disastrous event. Previous concerts have encompassed up to 2.3 million square feet and 100,000 people.
